You should have relevant education or experience with interaction design and/or UX. We’re mostly interested in what you care about, what we can learn from you, what you can learn from us and what we can achieve together.
You should be able to roll up your sleeves and do hands on work, be a team player and keep track of and deliver your tasks. You have an eye for details, but also the system as a whole. You’re genuinely interested in trends, tools, acquiring new knowledge and interested in sharing your knowledge with others.
Lastly you should be passionate about creating solutions that meets our users requirements and needs.

We’re a small design group in a quickly scaling startup in prop tech. It’s short distance, both between teams and people, which leads to high influence on everything from product, methods, tools and more. We want to do things better and we’re therefore eager to see what you can teach us
